NEXORA LEGAL

Refund Policy

NEXORA offers a 30-day money-back period for paid purchases, with refunds handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

Effective September 30, 2026

1. Free trial

Each NEXORA service includes a 14-day free trial. You can cancel a trial before it ends to avoid continuing with that service. If no payment method is added, the service is paused when the trial ends.

2. 30-day money-back period

If you are not satisfied with a paid NEXORA purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to your initial paid purchase and does not limit any longer refund or cancellation rights provided by applicable law or Paddle's Buyer Terms.

3. How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by Paddle, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and provide the email address and order details used at checkout. You may also sign in to NEXORA and use the in-app Help option. Do not include your full card number.

4. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel from Billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and the service remains available until then. Future monthly charges stop after cancellation takes effect. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically request a refund, so contact Paddle separately within the 30-day period if you also want a refund.

5. Billing errors and legal rights

Contact Paddle promptly about duplicate or incorrect charges, even if more than 30 days have passed. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle and your bank control the processing time, so the refund may take several business days to appear.

7. Changes

We may update this policy for future purchases. The policy in effect when a charge was made will apply to that charge, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable law.
