NEXORA LEGAL

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how NEXORA, the seller and data controller, handles personal information and the choices available to you.

Effective September 30, 2026

1. Who is responsible for your information

NEXORA is the legal business name of the seller that provides this service. NEXORA is the data controller for personal information collected through NEXORA accounts, websites, and services. This means NEXORA decides why and how that information is processed.

When a business uses a NEXORA widget to collect information from its own visitors, that business may also act as a data controller. NEXORA processes that visitor information on the business's instructions to provide the service.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, set up your business, contact us, or use a NEXORA service. This may include your name, email address, login credentials, business details, website address, service settings, and support messages.

When visitors use booking, chatbot, or lead capture tools, we process the details they submit. Depending on the tool, this may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, booking details, messages, and chat history. We may also collect usage information, device details, and IP addresses for security, reliability, and product improvement.

3. Why we use information and our legal bases

  • Contract: to create and manage accounts, provide bookings, chat, lead capture, billing, support, and other requested services.
  • Legitimate interests: to secure and improve NEXORA, understand service performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and respond to support requests.
  • Legal obligation: to maintain tax, accounting, transaction, and compliance records and respond to lawful requests.
  • Consent: where required for optional marketing, non-essential cookies, or another use that depends on your permission. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Payments and Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles transactions, subscription management, billing, tax compliance, invoices, customer service inquiries, and returns under its own privacy practices. NEXORA does not receive or store your complete card number. We receive limited billing information, such as customer and transaction references, subscription status, payment dates, and invoice details, so we can provide paid services.

You can read Paddle's Privacy Policy for details about how Paddle handles personal information.

5. How information is shared

We share information only as needed with service providers and subprocessors that support hosting, storage, analytics, security, communications, and customer support; with Paddle as Merchant of Record; with legal and accounting advisers; and with authorities when required by law. These recipients may use information only for the relevant service or legal purpose. We do not sell personal information.

6. Business owner responsibilities

Businesses using NEXORA control the visitor information collected through their widgets. Each business is responsible for using that information lawfully and providing any notices or consent required for its website and customers.

7. International transfers

Some providers may process information outside your country. Where privacy law requires it, we use recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses to protect information transferred internationally.

8. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encryption where appropriate, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a portable copy of your information; object to certain processing; or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy regulator. We aim to respond within one month where GDPR applies, although the law may allow more time for complex requests. Some records may be kept when required for legal or billing purposes.

10. Cookies

NEXORA may use essential cookies needed for sign-in, security, preferences, and checkout. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies that require consent, we will provide a way to accept, reject, or change those choices.

11. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, sign in to NEXORA and use the in-app Help option. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as NEXORA changes. The effective date above shows when this version began.
